Hot Shrimp Appetizers Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 slices bread, crusts removed and cut into quarters | ||
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Shrimp | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pickle | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, finley minced | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Butter the bread slices, place on the rack and toast until lightly browned.
2) In a bowl, mix the shrimp, mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion and lemon juice.
3) Spoon a teaspoon of the shrimp mixture over each bread slice.
Toast further until brown and bubbly.
SERVING
4) Sprinkle with the paprika and serve immediately.
