Ingredients

 Crab1/2 Pound
 1/2 lb. sb. fresh shrimp
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper6 Tablespoon, chopped
 Onion3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Dash of Worcestershire sauce
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 can cream of celery soup
 Cooked rice3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Potato chips

Directions

Toss all ingredients together and put in greased 9" x 13" pan.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350° for 45 min.
