Hot Salmon Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 15 1/2-ounce can salmon, drained and boned | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 pound, grated | |
| 3/4 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise | ||
| 1 teaspoon onion salt | ||
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Dash | |
| 2 loaves sliced miniature cocktail rye, French or sourdough bread | ||

Directions
Mix together salmon, cheese (reserve 1 cup), yogurt, salt, paprika and pepper .
Spread mixture on each bread slice.
Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Place sandwiches on greased cookie sheet and broil until cheese is completely melted and lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
