Ingredients

 1 15 1/2-ounce can salmon, drained and boned
 Cheddar Cheese1 pound, grated
 3/4 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise
 1 teaspoon onion salt
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1 Dash
 2 loaves sliced miniature cocktail rye, French or sourdough bread
 Paprika

Directions

Mix together salmon, cheese (reserve 1 cup), yogurt, salt, paprika and pepper .
Spread mixture on each bread slice.
Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Place sandwiches on greased cookie sheet and broil until cheese is completely melted and lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
