Ingredients

 1/2 medium-sized cauliflower
 Green bell pepper1 To taste
 Red bell pepper1 To taste
 Cucumber1/2
 Carrots4
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Using a sharp knife, cut cleaned and rinsed cauliflower into small florets.
2)Slice bell peppers.
3)Make thin slices of the cucumber.
4)Slice the carrots thinly after peeling them.

MAKING
5)In a large saucepan, melt some butter and keep stirring so that it does not get burnt.
6)Add in the bell peppers, cucumber, carrots and cauliflower. Stir fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
7)Add salt, pepper according to taste and let simmer covered over reduced heat for 3 minutes.
8)Toss well.

SERVING
9)Onto a serving dish, transfer contents of saucepan and serve warm.
