Hot Potato Salad Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion or shallot | ||
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley or sweet pepper, optional | ||
| Mustard | 1 Tablespoon, made | |
| 3 tablespoons salad cream | ||
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) (Filling) | |
| Eggs | 4 , boiled (Filling) | |
| Cheese | 1 Tablespoon, grated (Filling) | |
Directions
Cook the potatoes in their skins.
Peel and dice while hot.
Add the onion or shallot, celery, parsley or sweet pepper; blend with the mustard and salad cream.
Pile in a ring on a hot dish.
Heat the tomatoes from the can and add to this the sliced eggs and turn into the centre of the ring.
Top with grated cheese.
