Ingredients

 Cracked black pepper2 Tablespoon
 Sirloin steak2 Pound
 Vegetable cooking1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 C. consomme
 Worcestershire sauce2 Tablespoon
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced

Directions

Press cracked pepper into both sides of steak.
Brown both sides quickly in hot oil.
Lower heat and cook to desired doneness.
Remove steak to warm platter, keep warm.
Pour off excess oil.
Stir in consomme, the Worcestershire and the parsley.
Heat and serve over steak.
Makes 5 servings.
