Hot Peanut Dipping Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Peanut butter - 1/4 cup smooth | ||
| Beef broth | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Rice wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon, seasoned | |
| Dark sesame oil - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon, freshly grated | |
| Red pepper flakes | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a food processor process all ingredients together until well blended.
2. Transfer to a small bowl then cover and store at room temperature 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
SERVING
3. Serve at room temperature with warm Beef Sate.
