Hot Peach Melba Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) frozen red raspberries
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
8 canned peach halves
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup ruby port wine
Directions
Defrost raspberries.
Drain juice into pretty container and reserve raspberries in a decorative bowl.
Mix raspberry juice with cornstarch, sugar and butter.
Arrange peach halves in serving dishes.
Arrange ice cream scoops in bowl and store in freezer.
