Hot Mushroom Canapes Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/8 Pound | |
| Mushrooms package | 1 | |
| Flour | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Chop mushrooms finely.
Saute in butter 3 minutes.
Remove from fire, add flour and cream.
Cook two minutes longer stirring constantly.
Add salt and pepper.
Spread on bread rounds and broil until bubbling and brown.
