Ingredients

 
1/2 cup chopped onion
 
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
 
1 clove garlic, minced
 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1/2 teaspoon sugar
 
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
 
2 cups ground cooked beef
 
2 cups cubed cooked potatoes
 
1/4 to 1/2 cup beef broth or gravy

Directions

In 1 1/2-quart casserole, cook onion, green pepper, garlic, and butter at HIGH for 4 minutes or till tender, stirring once.
Stir in salt, dry mustard, sugar, and cayenne.
Stir in the cooked beef and potatoes.
Add enough broth or gravy to moisten.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or till'heated through.
Pass additional gravy.
