Hot Milk Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 5 Small, beaten | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Powdered | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon extract | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a bowl, add in the sugar and the beaten eggs till light and fluffy
2) Add in the flour little by little and continue to beat
3) Tip in the baking powder before the last of the flour is put in
4) Into a saucepan, heat the butter and milk and bring to a boiling point
5) Add in the lemon extract
6) Pour the batter into a tube pan
7) Bake in a preheated oven at 325 F for 40 minutes
8) Allow to cool and then turn onto the wire rack to cool
SERVING
9) Cut into wedges and serve
