Hot Meat Loaf Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bread slice | 1 , crumbled | |
| 1 can vegetable soup | ||
| 4 frankfurter buns, split | ||
| Butter or margarine | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine the beef, monosodium glutamate and bread in bowl, then stir in the soup and mix well.
Shape mixture into four 1/2-inch thick oval patties and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Spread the cut surfaces of buns with butter and place on the baking sheet with patties.
Bake for 5 minutes longer.
Arrange buns on heated platter, then place patties on buns.
