1 (8-ounce) bottle Pure Maple Syrup
3/4 cup Lemon Juice
Butter and cinnamon sticks, optional

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except butter and cinnamon sticks.
Over low heat, simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
