Hot Mango Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Mango | 1 Large | |
| 1 small yellow pepper, seeds and ribs removed | ||
| 1/2 cup defatted chicken broth | ||
| Ginger root | 1/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Honey | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Cut mango on both sides of the pit.
Scoop out the flesh and puree in blender or food processor fitted with steel blade.
Add the pepper, broth, gingerroot and honey.
Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into medium-size saucepan and heat on medium-low for about 8 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot over grilled fish.
