Directions
1. Clean, devein and remove the shell of the shrimps.
MAKING
2. In a pan heat the oil sauté the garlic and red pepper over medium to high heat.
3. Add the Shrimp and cook until it turns reddish.
4. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and sprinkle with parsley.
SERVING
5. Plate and serve the spicy lemon shrimp hot.
