Directions
Blend well; cover and let stand overnight.
Next day combine the mustard mixture, honey, and eggs in a small saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about seven minutes.
Cool.
Refrigerate, covered, up to several weeks.
This is great brushed on ham steak, just before broiling, or spoon thickly over brie that has had the rind removed.
Sprinkle with almonds and heat at 400 degrees until the cheese is soft.
Serve with French bread..
