 Packed brown sugar2 Tablespoon

 Potatoes4 Medium, peeled
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine bacon and onion in 12x8-inch dish.
Cook at HIGH 31/2 to 5 minutes; stir occasionally.
Stir in flour, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper.
Cook at HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until slightly thickened; stir once.
Add potatoes.
Cook at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through; stir once.
