Hot German Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 6 , finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, cooked, sliced | ||
Directions
Fry bacon in skillet until crisp; drain on paper towel, reserving 1 teaspoon drippings in skillet.
Saute onion in reserved drippings for 2 minutes.
Stir in bacon, vinegar, parsley, water, flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add potatoes; mix well.
Serve warm.
