Hot Potato Egg And Bacon Salad Recipe
The hot german potato salad is a cooked salad prepared with baking potatoes and eggs. Made with added bacon and veggies, the hot german potato salad is quite filling and heavy and can be served as desired.
Ingredients

| Vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bacon | 1 pound, chopped | |
| Eggs | 6 | |
| 3/4 cup chopped green onions or 1/2 cup chopped onion | ||
Directions
Cook potatoes in boiling water.
Peel and dice.
Add vinegar and seasonings.
Fry bacon till crisp.
Cook eggs 4 minutes.
Combine potatoes, drained bacon, 2 tablespoons bacon fat, soft cooked eggs, and chopped onion.
Mix well.
