Warm Fudge Sauce For Ice-Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips package | 1 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk, water and vanilla.
Cook and stir constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Serve warm over ice cream.
Refrigerate leftovers.
MICROWAVE: In 1-quart glass measure, combine all ingredients.
Microwave on full power (high) 1 1/2 minutes; mix well.
Microwave on full power (high) 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute.
