Hot Fudge Pudding Recipe
This Hot Fudge Pudding recipe easily finds way to the top of my favorite list. It is a good option for those who are on Diabetic diet. It is most popularly enjoyed as a Dessert. You will make the right decision of preparing this Hot Fudge Pudding.
Ingredients
1 cup flour
3 tsp granulated sugar replacement
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 1 oz. bitter chocolate sqs.
2 tsp white vinegar
1/3 cup skim milk
2 tsp liquid shortening
2 tsp granulated brown sugar replacement
1 3/4 cup boiling water
Directions
Sift flour, granulated sugar replacement, baking soda and salt into medium mixing bowl.
Melt 1 square of the bitter chocolate.
Add vinegar, milk, shortening and the melted chocolate to flour mixture; stir to blend.
Pour into well greased 8 in. (20 cm) sq. baking dish, and sprinkle with brown sugar replacement.
Add remaining chocolate to the boiling water; heat until chocolate is melted.
Pour chocolate-water mixture over pudding batter, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
