Ingredients

 Dried apricots100 Gram
 Dried figs100 Gram
 2 large firm bananas, peeled and thickly sliced
 2 large fresh peaches, skinned, halved, stoned and sliced
 2 large oranges, peel and pith removed, and cut into segments
 Juice of 2 lemons
 Raisins50 Gram
 Ground cinnamon5 Milliliter
 Ground ginger2.5 Milliliter
 Cloves6

Directions

1. Put the dried apricots and figs into a large ovenproof serving dish and add 450 ml (54 pint) cold water. Three-quarters cover the fruits with cling film and microwave on HIGH for 10-12 minutes, until the fruits are almost tender. Stir two or three times during cooking.
2. Add the remaining fruits, lemon juice, raisins and spices and stir well. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until very hot hut not boiling.
