Hot Fruit Compote Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried prunes | 1 Pound | |
| Dried apricots | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple chunks | 13 1/2 Ounce, undrained | |
| 1-lb. can pitted dark sweet cherries, undrained | ||
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, mix together all the ingredients.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 7 to 8 hours or over high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
SERVING
3) Serve warm.
