 Peaches1 Can (10oz), sliced
 Pineapple chunks1 Can (10oz)
 Pears1 Can (10oz), sliced
 Mandarin oranges1 Can (10oz)
 Mangos1 Can (10oz), sliced
 Fruit1 Can (10oz), mixed
 Maraschino cherries1 Can (10oz)
 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
 1/2 cup amaretto or sherry
 Ginger2 Teaspoon
 Curry powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon2 Teaspoon
 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Bananas4 , sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Drain all canned fruits; add raisins.
Mix well with brown sugar, amaretto or sherry, ginger, curry, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Dot with butter; bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Add bananas; bake for 15 minutes more.
Keep basting during baking.
