Hot Fruit Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pear | 1 Can (10oz) (Curry powder - 2 teaspoons) | |
| Maraschino cherries | 12 (Curry powder - 2 teaspoons) | |
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz) (Curry powder - 2 teaspoons) | |
| Peach or apricot halves - 1 can | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Drain the fruit thoroughly and dry.
2 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.
MAKING
3 In a pan, melt butter.
4 Add in sugar and curry, stirring well.
5 In a baking dish, arrange the fruit.
6 Pour the butter mixture on top.
7 Bake uncovered for 1 hour in the oven.
SERVING
8 Serve warm with ham or any other meat.
