Ingredients

 Frankfurters1/2 Pound
 Potatoes2 Pound
 2 1/2 tablesp. minced onion
 2 1/2 tablesp. minced parsley
 1/3 c. leftover cooked vegetables
 French dressing1/3 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned
 Speck pepper
 Celery seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Simmer frankfurters in boiling water to cover for 5 min.
Remove; cut into quarters lengthwise, then crosswise into 1" pieces.
Meanwhile, cook potatoes in 1 boiling salted water until tender—about 10 min.
Drain, and toss lightly with frankfurters and remaining ingredients, using salt to taste.
Serve hot.
