Hot Frankfurter and Vegetable Salad Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
| Frankfurters | 1/2 Pound | |
| Potatoes | 2 Pound | |
| 2 1/2 tablesp. minced onion | ||
| 2 1/2 tablesp. minced parsley | ||
| 1/3 c. leftover cooked vegetables | ||
| French dressing | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Speck pepper | ||
| Celery seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Simmer frankfurters in boiling water to cover for 5 min.
Remove; cut into quarters lengthwise, then crosswise into 1" pieces.
Meanwhile, cook potatoes in 1 boiling salted water until tender—about 10 min.
Drain, and toss lightly with frankfurters and remaining ingredients, using salt to taste.
Serve hot.
