Hot Enchilada Dogs Recipe
Ingredients
| Chili | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Green chili peppers | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Tortillas | 8 , softened | |
| 8 frankfurters, ends slit | ||
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine chili, chili peppers and hot pepper sauce.
Place 2 tablespoons chili mixture on each tortilla; place frankfurters in center and roll up.
In 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange tortillas seam-side down.
Combine tomato sauce with remaining chili mixture; pour over tortillas.
TO HEAT BY TIME Cover with plastic wrap.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-HIGH for 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Cover completely with plastic wrap; heat on COOK 8.
Top with cheese; let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
