Hot Enchilada Dogs Recipe
Hot Enchilada Dogs are a yummy treat for your kids and family! Pack it along for a family picnic or you can even serve it at one of your backyard parties! I am sure everyone will wolf down these Hot Enchilada Dogs without delay!
Ingredients
1 can (16 oz.) chili without beans
3 tablespoons finely chopped green chili peppers
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
8 tortillas, softened
8 frankfurters, ends slit
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine chili, chili peppers and hot pepper sauce.
Place 2 tablespoons chili mixture on each tortilla; place frankfurters in center and roll up.
Arrange tortillas seam-side down in 12x8-inch dish.
Combine tomato sauce with remaining chili mixture; pour over tortillas.
Cover completely with plastic wrap.

TO COMPLETE: Top with cheese.
