Hot Dog Jambalaya Recipe
Ingredients
| Frankfurters | 8 | |
| Rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Stewed tomatoes | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Turkey | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large frying pan, melt butter or margarine . Add and saute frankfurters and rice stirring often, until rice is golden.
2. Add in tomatoes, water and garlic salt; stir well. Keep turkey on top; cover the pan.
3. Allow it to simmer, stirring once, simmer for 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
SERVING
4. Transfer into a serving bowl; dust with green pepper and serve hot.
