Hot Curry & Cheese Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 medium-sized scallions, thinly sliced | ||
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggless mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black olives | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Curry powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 English muffins, halved and toasted | ||
Directions
Combine first five ingredients. Spread generously on toasted muffin halves.
Place under a preheated broiler just until cheese melts. Watch closely. Serve while hot.
