Ingredients

 Hot roll mix - 1 package
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Allspice1/4 Teaspoon
 Cardamom1/4 Teaspoon
 Seedless white raisins - 1/2 cup
 Powdered-sugar - 3/4 cup
 Lemon extract3/4 Teaspoon
 Water3 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine the flour mixture in the hot roll mix with cinnamon, allspice, cardamom and raisins; mix well.
2 As per the package directions prepare the mix.
3 After the dough rises, shape the dough into 18 2-inch balls and place.
4 On a greased baking sheet, place the prepared balls.
5 Set in a warm place and let rise to double in bulk.
6 Bake in a 400°Fahrenheit oven for 15 minutes.
7 Allow to cool.
8 In a bowl, mix sugar, lemon extract and water.
9 Drizzle the mixture in shape of a cross on top of each bun.

SERVING
10 Serve as desired.
