Ingredients

 Butter25 Gram
 Onion1/2 Small, finely chopped
 1/2 small green pepper, cored, seeded and finely chopped
 1 x 117 g (6 oz) can crabmeat, flaked
 Cheddar Cheese150 Gram, grated
 Tomato ketchup4 Tablespoon
 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions

Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the onion and green pepper and fry until softened.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook gently, stirring, until the cheese has melted and the mixture is hot.
Spread onto savoury biscuits or small toast rounds or squares and serve hot.
