Hot Crabmeat Canapes Recipe
Ingredients

| Onion | 1/2 Small, finely chopped | |
| 1/2 small green pepper, cored, seeded and finely chopped | ||
| 1 x 117 g (6 oz) can crabmeat, flaked | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 150 Gram, grated | |
| Tomato ketchup | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce pinch of cayenne pepper | ||
Directions
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the onion and green pepper and fry until softened.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook gently, stirring, until the cheese has melted and the mixture is hot.
Spread onto savoury biscuits or small toast rounds or squares and serve hot.
