 2 (3-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise, or other mayonnaise
 Lemon juice1/2 Tablespoon
 Dry sherry1 Tablespoon
 Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
 Pinch of sugar
 Crabmeat1 Can (10oz), drained
 Green onion1 Small, sliced
 Crackers or 1 baguette French bread, sliced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sherry, curry powder and sugar; stir to blend.
Flake crabmeat; remove cartilage.
Gently fold crabmeat into cream-cheese mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon crab mixture into an ovenproof serving dish.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
Scatter green onion over top.
