Hot Crab Salad Recipe

Ingredients
2 c. cooked noodles
1 1/2 C. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 T. onion, sauteed in 1/3 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9-inch square baking dish.
Cover mixture with 1 1/2 cups canned or fresh crab meat.
Make a white sauce of 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 1/2 cups milk.
When cooked, add 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
Pour the sauce over the crab topping and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slice.
