Directions

To prepare mix, in a large mixing bowl stir together the dry milk powder, sifted powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Store in a tightly covered container.
Stir before using.
For each serving, spoon 1/4 cup of the cocoa mix into cup.
Add 2/3 cup hot or boiling water.
Stir to mix well.
