Hot Cocoa Recipe

Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups water
4 1/2 cups milk
Directions
Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in large saucepan.
Add water.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 2 minutes.
Stir in milk; heal: through but do not boil.
If desired, add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
Just before serving, beat with rotary beater until foamy or stir until smooth.
