Hot Clams Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 dozen large clams in the shell | ||
| Bottled clam juice | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Pimiento | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), mashed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Toast squares | ||
Directions
Scrub clam shells well.
Open clams and remove.
Save and measure clam liquor.
Add enough additional clam juice to make 1 1/4 cups if necessary.
