Hot Citrus Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 jar citrus fruit, cut and drained (canned may be used) | ||
| Black cherries | 1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| Maraschino cherries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 scant teaspoon curry powder | ||
| 2 large, firm bananas, cut in large chunks | ||
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mix citrus fruit, cherries, curry powder and bananas.
Add margarine to fruit.
Mix gently, then add sugar and cornstarch.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
