Ingredients

 1/2 chocolate cake, baked
 Instant chocolate pudding mix package1
 1/2 cup espresso or double strength coffee, cooled
 Half and Half1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup Creme de Cocoa
 Chocolate syrup1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whipped cream, for garnish
 Cinnamon, for garnish
 Chopped peanuts, for garnish

Directions

Divide cake between four heat-proof cups.
In a heavy saucepan combine pudding mix, espresso, Half and Half, Creme de Cocoa and chocolate syrup.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until bubbling all over.
Divide hot pudding between cups.
Immediately top with piles of whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon, and a sprinkle of chopped peanuts.
