Hot Chocolate Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| Cocoa | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| 3 cups nonfat dry milk | ||
Directions
Mix ingredients together thoroughly and store in tightly covered container.
When hot chocolate is desired, use 1/4 to 1/3 Cup mix to 1 cup water.
Heat, stirring with a wire whisk, until foamy and thoroughly blended.
