Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
2 ounces (2 squares) unsweetened chocolate
1 cup water
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
Dash salt
3 cups milk
Marshmallows
Directions
1. Put chocolate and water into a 2-quart glass measuring pitcher. Heat uncovered in microwave oven until chocolate melts (4 to 5 minutes
at High); stir once.
2. Stir chocolate mixture; add sugar and salt. Stir in milk gradually. Heat uncovered in microwave oven to boiling (6 to 8 minutes at High); stir once.
3. Beat hot chocolate with rotary beater. Pour over marshmallows in mugs.
