Hot Chinese Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons powdered mustard | ||
| Cold water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| White vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 or 3 drops liquid hot red pepper seasoning | ||
| Pinch turmeric | ||
| Pinch ginger | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a small bowl, blend mustard, water and vinegar into a smooth consistency
2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients to it and let it stand for ten minutes to let the flavours blend
SERVING
3. Goes well as a dip with spareribs or Chinese egg rolls
