 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Grated zest of lime
 Juice of 1 lime
 Red chilli1 Large, finely chopped
 Tiger prawns400 Gram
 1 thsp light vegetable oil
 Runny honey1 Tablespoon
 Coriander3 , chopped

Directions

Put the garlic, lime zest and juice, and chilli in a bowl and mix well together.
Stir in the prawns and leave to marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok.
Lift the prawns from the marinade with a slotted spoon and put carefully into the pan.
Cook gently for 1-2 minutes, turning in the pan, until hot.
Pour any remaining marinade into the pan, with the honey and coriander, and heat through.
