Hot Chilli Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Grated zest of lime | ||
| Juice of 1 lime | ||
| Red chilli | 1 Large, finely chopped | |
| Tiger prawns | 400 Gram | |
| 1 thsp light vegetable oil | ||
| Runny honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander | 3 , chopped | |
Directions
Put the garlic, lime zest and juice, and chilli in a bowl and mix well together.
Stir in the prawns and leave to marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok.
Lift the prawns from the marinade with a slotted spoon and put carefully into the pan.
Cook gently for 1-2 minutes, turning in the pan, until hot.
Pour any remaining marinade into the pan, with the honey and coriander, and heat through.
