Hot Chilli Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup/60 mL/2 fl oz soy sauce | ||
| 1/4 cup/60 mL/2 fl oz hoisin sauce | ||
| 1/2 cup/125 mL/4 fl oz dry sherry | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Grated ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onions spring | 2 , finely chopped | |
| 1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce | ||
Directions
1. Place soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger, spring onions and chilli sauce in a small bowl and mix to combine.
2. Pour marinade over meat or poultry, cover and set aside to marinate. Use the marinade as a baste when barbecuing.
