Ingredients

 1/4 cup/60 mL/2 fl oz soy sauce
 1/4 cup/60 mL/2 fl oz hoisin sauce
 1/2 cup/125 mL/4 fl oz dry sherry
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Grated ginger1 Teaspoon
 Onions spring2 , finely chopped
 1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce

Directions

1. Place soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger, spring onions and chilli sauce in a small bowl and mix to combine.
2. Pour marinade over meat or poultry, cover and set aside to marinate. Use the marinade as a baste when barbecuing.
