Hot Chili Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup flour
1 can tomatoes
1 can (15 ounces) red kidney beans, drained
1 teaspoon Accent
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chili powder Shredded Cheddar cheese
Tostada or corn chips
Directions
Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender but not brown.
Blend in flour.
Stir in tomatoes.
Add kidney beans and remaining ingredients.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, stirring frequently, 5 to 10 minutes
