Hot Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken wings | 2 1/2 Pound | |
| Tomato sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger | ||
| Garlic | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Jalapeno peppers | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Ground red pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cut the wings at the joints and reserve the tips for stock or another use.
You should have about 2 pounds of remaining wings.
In a large bowl, combine the tomato sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, jalapenos, red pepper, and black pepper.
Add the wings and toss well to combine.
Cover, refrigerate, and allow the wings to marinate for several hours or overnight.
Drain off and discard all but 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the marinade.
Spread the chicken wings in a single layer in a 7" X 11" baking dish.
Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Stir.
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 12 minutes.
