Hot Chicken Dish Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 - 7 ounce box croutons | ||
| 2 pounds chicken; skinned, boned, cut into chunks | ||
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Celery stalks | 3 , chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 can cream of celery soup | ||
| Water | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Saute onion, celery, and green pepper" in the margarine.
Add the soups and water to pan; stir.
Heat until hot.
In a greased 9x13 inch pan, arrange chicken chunks.
Then pour over the croutons, the mixture of sauted ingredients and soups.
Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Remove foil; bake an additional 30 minutes.
Add the soups and water to pan; stir.
Heat until hot.
