2 egg whites
1/2. tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 cup grated sharp
Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Directions
Cut each slice of bread into thirds or quarters.
Toast bread on one side only under broiler.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in remaining ingredients; spread 1/4" thick on untoasted side of bread slices.
Broil until browned, about 5 min.
