Hot Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons finely minced onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 cups shredded process American cheese
2 cans (2 1/4 ounces each) deviled ham
Dash Tabasco
Bread sticks
Directions
Saute onion in butter in top of double boiler over direct heat until onion is transparent but not brown.
Set over boiling water; add remaining ingredients.
Stir until cheese is melted and ingredients are well blended.
Transfer to chafing dish or heat-proof casserole over candle warmer.
