Hot Cauliflower Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflower | 0.5 | |
| Quarter cup water | ||
| Black olives | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Half red capsicum chopped | ||
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Half teaspoon dried oregano | ||
Directions
1. Cut cauliflower into florets, place in shallow dish with water, cover, cook on HIGH for ten minutes. Drain. Leave covered.
2. Combine olives, capsicum and capers, sprinkle over cauliflower. Mix together vinegar, oil and oregano, pour over cauliflower. Reheat two minutes on HIGH.
